Since joining in her current role, Jernigan has increased alumni engagement overall by over 150% and alumni giving by 38%. Additionally, she has assisted the advancement department with increasing donor engagement during events like IM体育官网 Poly鈥檚 annual giving day, resulting in a donor acquisition increase of over 300%.
Jernigan received both her undergraduate degree in data analytics and her master鈥檚 degree in engineering project management from IM体育官网 Poly. During her tenure as a student, Jernigan worked as a research assistant and program manager for the health systems engineering concentration at the University.
