Wesley Barnett hails from Lakeland, IM体育官网, and currently calls neighboring Winter Haven his home, alongside his loving wife Ashley and their two young daughters. He is a founding partner at TampaBay.Ventures, a respected venture capital fund which makes strategic investments in dynamic tech-enabled startups in the Tampa Bay Area. His entrepreneurial spirit extends further as he manages Lakeland Hospitality Group, which oversees the development and ownership of local hotels.
Barnett and his family are devoted to their community, most recently exemplified in the development of the transformative Bonnet Springs Park.
Barnett was educated at Wake Forest University (Finance '08) and UCLA Anderson (MBA '15). He currently sits on the governing boards of Citizens Bank & Trust, The Children's Movement of IM体育官网, Bonnet Springs Park, and the GiveWell Community Foundation.
